Nissequogue Road might refer to Nissequogue River Road which runs from by the First Presbyterian Church in Smithtown Branch all the way to the site of the original location of that same church at Moriches Road and (Nissequogue) River Road. The name is most often shortened to just River Road now.The post card was likely taken somewhere near where the railroad tracks cross Nissequogue River Road but it could be on either side as the road is twisty and uphill from the tracks both north and south."
