    1907 Mary Ann LAMONT, wife of James LAMONT, passed away on Monday, after a long illness. She was in her sixty-sixth year and for fifty years was a resident of South Brooklyn. She was for many years a member of the Christ P.E. Church, Clinton and Carroll streets. Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. George W. HUNOLD, and five sons, James S., George F., Tyrus Tilson, Robert John and Joseph Riees. The funeral will be held to-morrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, from her late home, 1 Third place. The Rev. Dr. Walter DeFOREST JOHNSON will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Dr. HYDE. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery.

    Theodore Hunold became a police patrolman in April 1889. One month later he was in the police headquarters delinquency court and was fined a days pay. He was before the commissioner 11 times in 11 months. He finally resigned July 29, 1890. He went into the sign painting business.

Probate 1869: Elizabeth Hunold widow of George Hunold, died 14 September 1869 petitioner and four children Marie L Hunold, full age, William G over fourteen Emma and Christian F. miners under fourteen, 214 Van Brunt between Partition and Dikeman.

Note: The names of the children except Emma appear to be different. However, the address is the same and the ages of the children are correct. This may reflect the Grerman custom of giving a child multiple names and calling him or her by the second of third name give. e.g. William "G" was William George and called George
